1. Eligibility and Age Restriction
You must be at least 13 years old to use Korussoft CRM. Individuals under 13 are prohibited from registering or using this service.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Security and Sharing Prohibition
Each user account is personal to the authorized user. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
If account sharing, credential transfer, or unauthorized reuse is detected, Korussoft may suspend or terminate access without prior notice.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to Korussoft CRM shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
The parties agree that the competent courts in the Republic of Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms.
4. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or maintain the service for stability, security, and feature improvements. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate planned interruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Korussoft and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.
You acknowledge that software and network services may experience errors, interruptions, delays, security incidents, or data loss despite reasonable safeguards. Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, Korussoft disclaims responsibility for economic losses arising from system errors, service downtime, data corruption, or loss of business caused by use of or inability to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korussoft's total aggregate liability related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Paid Services, Billing, and Refunds
If paid features are enabled in the future, pricing, billing cycles, accepted payment methods, refund eligibility, and late-payment consequences will be governed by the then-current commercial policy published by Korussoft.
- Fees may be charged in advance on a recurring billing cycle.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features after applicable notice periods.
- Refunds, if any, will follow the refund terms effective at the time of purchase.
By purchasing paid services, you agree to comply with the billing terms in effect at the time of purchase.
